I needed an IT problem fixed at a remote site, so I asked the responsible IT guy*, “Are you the man?”.
‘What do you mean?’
“You’re the IT guy for Tennant Creek, so can you fix the problem?”
‘Oh, yeah!’.
“So you are the man then, go fix it.”
