Simple answer, no we don’t.

Long answer:
No we don’t.  While the BlackBerry Server can be setup to capture SMS messages, we do not, as most users would have an expectation of privacy.

My personal opinion:
If you are using a corporate phone, expect that you can and will be monitored.  Within the confines of relevant communication surveillance acts.

The customer was pointed towards the phone carrier, Telstra in this case, to see if they have copies*

* opinion is divided on whether Telstra retains SMS messages.  And if it does, it would require a court order to get the information out of them.
