Has been donated to Kids Under Cover, which was a fitting thing to happen to it.
It was the second Nikki car. The first one was stolen. I called it the Nikki Car as it was her transport to the vet hospital for treatment. And for walks down the beach and the park.
After Nikki passed, I hung onto the car, more out of the fact that it was easier than dealing with the hassle of selling it.
But with the rego coming up again this June, and me not using the car much since I live in inner-Melbourne, I filled in the Donate Your Car form, and the Nikki Car was picked up this morning.
I’ll miss the memories.
