So I wanted the bit that was missing from the corner of the rear window.

The first Holden Dealer said there was no such part.

“Do you have the VIN number?”

No I didn’t.  I’m not in the habit of memorising the vehicle VIN number.  An hour wasted with the freckless spare parts department of a Melbourne Holden Dealer.

So 2 weeks later, armed with the VIN number, I tried another Holden dealer. 

“Yes, we have the part.” said Ferntree Gully Holden

Only $10.  Very happy.
