Downloading Microsoft Orca

1.Go here: https://developer.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/downloads/windows-10-sdk/
2. Download and run the SDK installer
3. Click though until you get the download screen

4. Only select MSI Tools, and then click Install
5. After the install, you can find the Orca-x86_en-us.msi here: C:\Program Files (x86)\Windows Kits\10\bin\<sdk version>\x86
