A workout to get your butt into shape, need to do the following three times a week at least.

  1. Walking lunges
    15-20 each leg reps, for 3 sets
  2. Leg Curls
    15-20 reps, for 3 sets
  3. Roman Deadlifts
    15 reps, for 3 sets
  4. Leg Extensions
    15-20 reps, for 3 sets
  5. Squats
    15-25 reps, for 3 sets
